Our Chocolate Balsamic is often overlooked, here are some suggestions for how you can use it that you might not have thought of: Combine with any spicy infused olive oil for a Mexican mole or marinade for beef, pork, and poultry. Makes a wonderful fresh appetizer this holiday season. Poached Shrimp Ceviche Ingredients: ... 1 medium sized cucumber - sliced 1/4 cup of sliced red onions 2 lbs of raw deveined shrimp 1/2 cup Grilled Lemon White Balsamic 1 medium sized fresh lemon Salt Pepper Directions: 1. Boil 1 litre of water in a medium size pot, add 1/2 cup of Sicilian Lemon Balsamic. 2. Poach shrimp for 40-50 seconds and remove from water using a strainer. 3. Roughly chop the shrimp and set aside allowing for the excess water to drain. 4. In a separate bowl, mix cucumbers, onions, freshly squeezed juice from a lemon, salt and pepper to taste. 5. Mix in your chopped shrimp, toss and refrigerate for at least 30 min. before serving. Enjoy!

A wonderful spicy kick to this Aioli! Use to dip veggies, oven-baked fries, potato chips or use on sandwiches and burgers. Ingredients: 2 garlic cloves, minced 1/8 tsp Kosher salt... 2 large egg yolks 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice 1 tsp Grilled Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar 1-1/4 cups Harissa Olive Oil Directions: 1. In a bowl or the container provided with your immersion blender, combine the garlic, lemon juice, balsamic, salt, and egg yolks. 2. Process in short pulses until smooth. 3. With the motor running, add the olive oil in a slow, steady stream and process until smooth and blended. 4. Season with salt and pepper. 5. Transfer the aioli to a small bowl, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 1 1/2 cups. Enjoy!!

Nice spin on your traditional pasta salad or hot tortellini dishes, this salad feels light and fresh. Cold Tortellini Salad Ingredients: ... Tortellini Grilled Lemon White Balsamic Tuscan Herb Olive Oil Pepperoni (or ham) Provolone cheese (shredded or chopped) Black olives Cherry tomatoes Cucumbers Peppers (sliced) Directions: 1. Boil water in a large pot of lightly salted water. Cook tortellini at a boil; drain. 2. Rinse tortellini with cold water until completely cooled; drain and transfer to a large bowl. 3. In a separate bowl mix Grilled Lemon White Balsamic with Tuscan Herb and set aside. 4. Stir tortellini pasta, pepperoni (or ham), provolone cheese, black olives, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers. 5. Add Grilled Lemon Balsamic & Tuscan Herb dressing. 6. Add salt & black pepper to taste. Enjoy!! See more
