Today I took on mega day today @crossfitdurst with no major mud runs this year I though this would be a good fitness test. Started with 9000m of rowing not so bad. Then took on stage 2 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, and 300 squats. After scraping myself of the floor we then went for a 5km run which was going ok until someone decided that a 30lb ball was a good idea to carry for the last 2km. I got it done and the cinnamon bun made it all better lol. Rey day tomorrow. #crossfitdurst #megaday #tiredashell
