ADRIC is seeking proposals to update / redesign its National Introductory Arbitration Course (NIAC)! Like the NIMC, the current National Introductory Arbitration Course was created in 2015 for the purpose of providing entry level curriculum to new arbitration students. ADRIC now sees the need for an improved arbitration course that will form the foundation for standardized arbitration practice across Canada and within the jurisdictions of its seven affiliates. The Course wil...l comprise an essential component and serve as a prerequisite for the achievement of ADRIC’s Chartered Arbitrator and Qualified Arbitrator designations. ADRIC is seeking proposals to update / redesign its National Introductory Mediation Course (NIMC)! The current National Introductory Mediation Course was created in 2015 for the purpose of providing entry level curriculum to new mediation students. The NIMC teaches a six-phase mediation model which will remain in the curriculum. ADRIC wishes to update the curriculum and insert up-to-date educational pieces relevant to the sections. ... The selected vendor will work closely with the NIMC Committee to ensure the curriculum and theoretical concepts are aligned with introductory level mediation students.
