Roasted snap peas?! Who knew? I have always loved fresh snap peas but had no idea how amazing they were roasted in the oven. And talk about easy! How do you like your snap peas? Raw or cooked? Or both?... I saw a recipe for roasted snap peas on the back of the bag and what’s like... whaaaat?! I tweaked it because we are all on a feta kick I happened to have dill... a great pairing! Our motto- add feta, make it betta!, do you agree? Make sure to hit save & give it a try! Ingredients: Snap peas @veggiesmadeeasy olive oil @gallooliveoil sea salt Black pepper Crumbled feta @trestellecheese Chopped fresh dill @marketsmor Optional: chili flakes Quantities of each ingredient are really up to you. Add more or less of anything you love. It’s so easy the kids can do it! Sometimes Motherhood is about stifling that internal horror displayed so accurately by the doll in picture 2... Because that smile in picture 1 is so worth it! Am I right?... But also, I hate bugs! Especially ones that leave a slime trail ew! Here are some other things that I pretend not to hate to make my kids smile: 1. Being in any cold water - This was way worse when I had to get in and they were babies I don’t do it now 2. Letting them try new things like using a knife or riding without training wheels for the first time 3. Playing in the snow for hours 4. The mention of drum lessons 5. Happy val-iversary - 18 years since our first kiss - my move! Happy anniversary to my partner in crime and my former travel companion @jpdesjar ! There is no one else I could imagine doing this crazy life with.... JPs ‘initiation’ on my birthday in 2003 - @jessicatarr and @panama_jill had a very strict tradition and he happily@complied Wearing the cowboy hat of his choice - he serenaded us withfuck her gently by @tenaciousd - it was beautiful 3. A collection of pictures from 2003 - when I still had boobs 4. Wedding guests! No one loves dancing for a crowd like my date! 5. Out for dinner in Buffalo, NY - oh yeah - we lived there too! 6. Road tripping - our adventures working in the US - @thebigtexan was in diner drive ins and dives - so many ranch dressings to choose from! I asked for a vinaigrette- they were like what, ma’am? 7. Wedding guests in Panama- I was a moderately pregnant - he was moderately drunk and wearing bear slippers on the beach - thanks @spicersabroad 8. 2 days before Noah was born - 37 weeks pregnant and sooo excited 9. First family vacation - all of us went to Barbados at @cranebarbados - I can’t wait to take them back when the world opens 10. Halloween party at @trenholmparker and @brittmarieparker ‘s house. The theme: ‘classic pairings’.
