Demo, leveled floor, new subfloor, installed ditra sub floor, installed white marble floor tile with silver grout , white subway wall tile 4 feet high around the entire bathroom with silver grout and silver tile edging.

Complete demo. Strengthen floor joists, new subfloor, installation of ditra, new tile floor. Removed existing shower tile and bathtub. Installed new cement board new bathtub, white subway tile and silver grout in the shower.

Completely updated bathroom , new floor (dark grey with charcoal grout), new bathtub, cement board in shower, new shower tile (light grey textured subway tile with silver grout), with silver tile edging , with a feature mosaic tile shower niche (shelf), new white vanity with new plumbing for double sinks, new lighting over the double sinks, new baseboard, new grey paint, new toilet, just waiting for the new mirrors!

Removed existing stair treads and preped stair case. Replaced stair treads and risers. Matched the stain with the existing hardwood for a beautiful finish.

Removed leaking shower base and bottom row of tile. Removed and replaced water damaged wall studs, insulation vapour barrier. and mould resistant drywall. Installed a new sloped cement shower base and shower drain. Installed an Oatey shower rubber membrane and Oatey shower drain cover. Built a new shower curb. Laid a skim coat of cement over rubber membrane. Laid a new grey and light grey stone mosaic tile on the shower floor. Replaced and matched the existing tile that was removed to replace shower base. Replaced the tile that was on the shower curb.Reinstalled the glass shower door.

New flooring throughout the front entranceway to freshen up a beautiful old home. Flush cut door Jambs, door Trim and heating rads for a seamless finish.

New dark laminate floor throughout the kitchen with a seamless transition into the living room.

White Marble with grey veins mosaic tile backsplash, with a light grey grout.

Shower insert with tile edging, marble tile along the side’s, up to the ceiling and on the ceiling with a pot light cut out .

Removed old laminate in living room kitchen and hallway. Moved some cabinets, disconnected dishwasher and cut along cabinets to remove existing laminate. Cut door Jambs and casing for clean finishes. Removed and reinstalled baseboard. Installed new laminate throughout upstairs. Installed transitions into bathroom and 3 bedrooms.

Caramel 3x12 subway tiled, installed on a 70/30 stager, with matching tile edging and soft grout and matching receptacles and cover plates for a clean finish.

Removed existing tile. Put a skim coat over subfloor, cut door James and trim. Installed new charcoal tile with grey grout in front entrance, hallway and laundry room. Installed new baseboard and transitions.
