My name is Alexis and I’m the virtual assistant at Adults in Motion - not to be confused with Amazon’s Alexa who is a different kind of virtual assistant. Though if you ask me to play a song I most definitely will! I have a strong passion for music whether it’s playing piano or just listening Recently I’ve been listening to a lot of songs from one of my favourite bands, Coldplay. There is a particular lyric from their song Paradise that has always stood out for me: The... sun must set to rise. There has to be darkness for there to be light, night for there to be day. I am so excited for the joy I know I will feel when I can finally see my family and friends in person again! Please enjoy this picture of me and my dog, Lou. She is a rescue dog that my family adopted just over a year ago. Lou is my pride and joy! Although she had some rough beginnings, she has come so far since she first came home with us. I take inspiration from the unconditional love she shows me and my family each and every day - she really brings so much light to my life (all you dog lovers out there will understand!)
