MEET our team NEWEST MEMBER Martine graduated from University of Ottawa in 2011 with a Masters of Health Science in Physiotherapy and in 2009 with a Bachelor of Health Science with a specialization in Human Kinetics. She pursued a variety of postgraduate courses including:... - Acupuncture and Dry Needling (Meridian Health) - Temporo Mandibular Joint Dysfunction (APTEI) - Part A & B with Mckenzie Institute International, - Shoulder specific courses with Lyn Watson, - Concussion and Vestibular Rehabilitation. Martine also obtained her Diploma in Advanced Manual and Manipulative Therapy in 2018, and became a Fellow with the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT). Martine aspires to maintain and promote a healthy lifestyle. She enjoys a variety of activities, such as running, hiking, HIIT workout, gardening and traveling. She is family-oriented and likes to spend time at the family Orchard with her little one. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Martine est diplômée de l'Université d'Ottawa en 2011 avec une maîtrise des sciences de la santé en physiothérapie et en 2009 avec un baccalauréat en sciences de la santé avec spécialisation en Kinésiologie Elle a suivi une variété de cours avancées - Acupuncture et aiguilletage à sec - Dysfonctionnement de l'articulation de la mâchoire - Part A & B avec Mckenzie Institute International, - Cours spécifiques d'épaule avec Lyn Watson, - Commotion cérébrale et rééducation vestibulaire. Martine a également obtenu son diplôme en thérapie manuelle et manipulative avancée en 2018 et est devenue membre de l'Académie canadienne de physiothérapie manipulative (FCAMPT). Martine aspire à maintenir et à promouvoir un mode de vie sain. Elle aime une variété d'activités, comme la course à pied, la randonnée, l'entraînement HIIT, le jardinage et les voyages. Elle est familiale et aime passer du temps au Verger familial avec son petit garçons et sa famille.

Les pieds et les genoux sont parallèles et les hanches sont écartées de la largeur du corps. Serrez le livre ou le bloc entre les genoux. De l'os pubien au nombril pour maximiser l'étirement des hanches avant et l'activation du tronc. Faites une pause 2X/jour et essayez 15 répétitions à chaque fois.
