Over the past three months we’ve all had to deal with an unprecedented challenge with the COVID 19 pandemic. As restrictions are being lifted and we’re able to... resume some form of normalcy. We’d like to share with you that Advanced Dynamics is gradually opening its doors. The safety of our employees, families, partners, and customers remains a top priority for us. New safety and housekeeping procedures have been put into place to keep us all healthy. Advanced Dynamics over the past few weeks has been resuming all of our operations and we’re almost back to full staffing in our manufacturing and assembly areas. Some of our office staff will remain working from their home offices to help limit the number of people within the production and office spaces, as mandated by the Quebec Government. However, soon we believe we’ll all be back together again as one family. Advanced Dynamics COVID 19 update: Over the last four weeks we have seen many changes to our lives and our businesses as we respond responsibly to the COVID-19 pandemic. The government mandated shut down in Quebec is working to keep people safe. Advanced Dynamics is vital supplier to designated essential business sectors, and our focus remains on doing everything to serve you and your business while ensuring the safety of our employees, customers, and suppliers.... Advanced Dynamics will remain open with reduced staffing, and we will partially reopen the shops during the remainder of the Quebec mandated lock down. This currently lasts until May 4th. ADs spare parts department will actively process and expedite spare part orders, and stay in close touch with key suppliers. We will continue working with our clients mills and plants to support quick manufacture of specific AD parts that are deemed to be emergency. AD service groups remain activated to support work in the field. We are paying close attention to site access restrictions issued by various facilities. Please be aware that the availability of our service personnel has been reduced due to quarantine requirements once returning home. We will continue to schedule service visits when we can, and we will use remote support technology when we cannot. Contact our service coordinators to set up a specific plan for your needs. AD Project work continues, and machine building is ramping back up within the rules of the Quebec government. Many of our office people are successfully working remotely. Please direct any communications on your project through your designated AD project manager. This summer, our colleague Daniel participated in the Relay for Life supporting the Canadian Cancer Society, in the Île-des-Moulins region and fundraised over $ 500! In support for this cause Daniel walked a total of 7 hours/20 kilometers/40,424 steps!!! Way to go Daniel!!!

We had a fun-filled summer this year with plenty of activities. We ended the hot season with Yoga sessions to take care of both body and soul!

Ms. Beethika Biswas was touring the province visiting leaders in the Aluminium Industry and conducted interviews for an upcoming publication on the AL Circle website.
