I found everyone I dealt with at Advanced HVAC to be both honest and professional. The reason I am not giving five stars is that they cancelled my first appointment at the last minute when another job took longer than expected. It was difficult to schedule another appointment soon after due to my work schedule. They were unwilling to be at all flexible in their availability coming to install my air conditioner (ie early in the morning or later in the evening) and I was therefore left without air conditioning on one of the hottest weeks of the summer. https://bit.ly/2qJwWyZ

I can't say enough good things about this company Advanced HVAC installed both my AC unit and hot water tank, and on both occasions the level of service that I received from them was beyond stellar. Had Advanced HVAC do a HRV replacement for us recently. They were prompt and professional and did a good job.
