Camping at provincial parks is the best because they have hiking trails too! We hiked the Sylvan Trail while we were camping at Murphy's Point Provincial Park.

We hiked this one in the winter (a bunch!) but it's a great trail for the summer too!

Hiking and mountain biking in Kanata? Yes please!
