Hello kayaking and yogi friends, I have created a new yoga and kayaking flow video. You can do this flow sitting down just extend your legs and grab a paddle or strap. You can also do this flow right before you head out for a paddle. If you do go outside for a paddle please make sure to be extra safe and practice social distancing.
