I’m on my way to the studio to record a Full Body Flexibility Flow available to join LIVE on Zoom @ 2pm or access the recording (as often as you’d like) over the next 3 days. Sign up by contacting me via email or DM’s [email protected] for who? This class is accessible for all levels of movers, you don’t need to be an AW student to sign up!... how much? A package spot or pay the drop in rate. what do I need? A yoga mat or a soft place for your knees! All class times have been adjusted to comply with our circuit breaker measures - please double check your bookings and ensure you can come to the updated class time. Please cancel or reschedule your booking if need be. If you are in booked in for Mixed Pole, Pole 202 or Pole 303 - there is currently one person too many signed up for class. Any one willing to give up their spot is encouraged to reschedule their registration to another available class time. If this doesn’t work out on its own - I’ll be in touch via email if any changes apply to you. Please note there are additional class times added to the schedule in attempt to meet your needs! If you tend to come to class more than once a week, consider attending a variety of class types to ensure enough participants have access to a pole class. Thank you! These schedule changes will be for the full month of March unless otherwise directed. If restrictions lessen on March 14th, additional spots will be added to classes as they are structured now, on this updated schedule. This is also your friendly reminder to wash your hands often, especially during your time at the studio, handling equipment etc. Wear your mask upon entry & exit as well as while interacting with others outside of your designated apparatus areas. If you are experiencing any symptoms of covid-19, have been to a recent possible exposure site or have been in contact with someone who is self isolating, please refrain from coming to class. Can you believe the end of 2020 is finally here?! Some days it felt like miles away, but here we are!
