Aero did a WETT inspection for me, I can highly recommend them and would certainly use them again. Everything from scheduling the appointment, coming onsite, doing the inspection, making recommendations, returning to inspect the recommendations and providing all necessary information for me to pass a WETT exception. Aero came out to our home May 16th. Shilo was friendly, efficient and quick. She arrived early for the scheduled appointment. I had no problem with her getting a head start. Within 2 hours she had completed all the cleaning of the ducts and dryer vent. Our neighbors asked me how things went and I told them Aero did a job. After experiencing a strange "clunking " noise from the general direction of the chimney with every gust of wind, I called Aero and was told if the problem could not be identified and repaired, there would be no charge. Shane arrived and immediately identified an off-kilter concrete chimney cover as being the culprit. A simple fix, involving the placement of a shim, and Shane was on his way -no charge Everyone I dealt with was extremely courteous and professional. Can't say enough about this gem of a company
