Classes will be posted on a week by week basis over the summer months. We will also still be offering livestream classes for those of you wanting to continue to practice at home.

You will be able to practice at your own convenience. I know it’s not always easy to be able to join us for live classes so now you can practice when it’s convenient for you! You can grab your one month unlimited video pass on our website! You can also us this pass to do live practice with us as well. Only unlimited pass work with this platform at this time so we are offering this pass at a great discount. We have 4 classes up for you now and will continue to post more as the month goes on.

Namaste everyone. I wanted to reach out all of you to let you know to know that we are taking the COVID-19 virus very seriously. There’s a lot of information out there and it keeps shifting and changing daily. We are keeping a close eye on everything and our intention at the studio is to do everything we can to take care of one another, on and off the yoga mat. We appreciate your cooperation as we navigate these uncertain times. - *To protect the health of our community, stay... home if you are experiencing symptoms of being sick. *All students are being advised to bring there own mat, blankets and props if able. *Please avoid handshaking and physical contact with other students. Are classes are small so we can give each other lots of space. *We will be cleaning bathrooms and wiping down common surfaces between classes in addition to cleaning props with greater frequency. *We will have hand sanitizer for everyone to use. *It’s ok to be concerned....because then we take time to educate ourselves, but please base your awareness on quality information from reputable sources such as government website. *Yoga and mindfulness strengthen the immune system so we will continue to support as best we can with classes. But if we feel that the studio needs to close we are working options that may allow us to offer class remotely. - Be sure to check our online schedule to stay up to date with any class cancellations. Please take care of yourself, get plenty of rest, eat well, and breath deeply. See more
