PSA: I think it’s time Realtors start advertising their achievements helping their clients buy properties UNDER asking price in this market. Anyone can list a property far below its actual value and say it sold over asking price, but rarely do... we hear Purchased UNDER asking. My Realtor friends, I encourage you to share your victories in securing your clients home UNDER asking price to encourage first time homebuyers that they can find affordable options without overpaying in this market! /endrant I just checked a comparable unit that just sold in this building. With ~20k of Reno’s into her unit, she can sell it today for a profit of 50K and she hasn’t even closed. That’s the importance of using a well informed full-time Realtor!

Sales are up 41.6% over November 2019 Average price for Residential property is $729,853 which is 1% from last month but...
