Lord God above, thy Kingdom come and thy will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven. Teach us to follow in your grace, and trust in your miracles.Even though our life is finite and our understanding is limited, I still seek your light and drink from the fountains of your truth. In your works I place my faith, blind as I am to your designs. Lift the veil from my eyes Lord, and allow me to see the beauty of your word that has been manifested in the flesh of all things. Amen.

TITLE: HYPOCRISY Hypocrisy is a type of behaviour in which a person pretends to have normal standards or opinions, but does not actually live by them. Hypocrisy is a decadence condemned by the church and society.... Memory verse: Matthew 6:5--- "And when thou prayest, thou shall not be as the hypocrites are:for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men.Verily I say unto, they have their reward. Paradoxically ,its manifestation is commonplace in both the church and the society. The Bible warns against and condemns hypocrisy in the strongest terms. Luke 11:44----" Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrisy! For ye are as graves which appear not, and the men that walk over them are not aware of them"... Hypocrisy is manifested in many ways.First, it is manifested in giving(matt 6:1-4).Giving is good and scriptural. A Christian is expected to give cheerfully, abundantly, sacrificially and lovingly. We should give our time, money, talents and energy for the expansion of the Kingdom of God and the furtherance of His work on earth. A hypocrite wants every act of his giving to be acknowledged in public. He engages in charitable work simply for self aggrandisement. Are you a hypocrite? How do you give? What motives are behind your acts of charity? May God help us all to live uprightly.Remain blessed in Jesus name...

As Christians, we are the ones who can be called born of God. We are children of God meaning that we have been begotten by Him; we are born of Him. This means that we have overcome the world! Victory is certain for us in life and in death. No work of the enemy can ever prevail over our lives and we can have confidence about this because we know that we are born of God.

God is always with those who fear Him. This fear doesn’t refer to being afraid, no. It refers to reverence. When we reverence God, and avail ourselves of His will, it means that we are allowing Him to work in our lives. That is how we become protected; that is how He can comfort us. He will always deliver His children from trouble, take courage in knowing that.

There are many ways one may think of prayer and worship, and one should feel encouraged in revamping them a little if it means one may serve better ones daily practices or routines. Singing God’s praises isn’t just for in Church time, it is wherever, whenever. It can be your own song or one you’ve committed to heart, it doesn’t particularly matter; God doesn't think of it as a singing competition. What is important is ones intent, ones heart, ones willingness to rejoice! If singing is really not your thing, the definition could be widened; write a poem of praise or do a dance, whatever it is, it's the joy in celebrating our Lord that counts.
