Gaming has become insanely popular these days. Technology is advancing on daily basis, and new games come out on daily basis too. There’s virtually no human endeavour that does not produce a game or two. Games are played on the console as well as PCs. Graphics are better and high definition, quite a far cry from what we used to have. Computer memories have so much expanded to accommodate the large amount of graphics. Many video games can deliver fabulous experiences with the use of accessories. There are, in fact, diverse accessories for diverse games being played on both PCs

National Arbor Day (Always the last Friday in April) National Arbor Day is the Tree Planter's holiday, and has been celebrated since 1872. It began in Nebraska, a largely treeless plain back in the 1800's. It is a day to plant and dedicate a tree to help nature and the environment. Millions of trees are planted on this day.... The National Arbor Day Foundation provides millions of trees for planting. It is estimated that 18 million tress are planted each year on Arbor Day.
Today in Philippine History: On April 26, 1521, Datu Zula, Chief of Mactan, sent to Magellan one of his sons with two goats as present. Zula who had promised his service to the King of Spain was opposed by another Chief, Lapu-lapu. Datu Lapu-lapu declared that Mactan would never submit to the Spanish King. Zula sent a message to Magellan that "I can overthrow Lapu-lapu if you send me a boatload of men". Magellan having received the message in a friendly feeling, resolved to f...ollow Zula's lead. Today in History: 103 years ago - In Asia Minor during World War I, the first modern-era genocide began with the deportation of Armenian leaders from Constantinople and subsequent massacre by Young Turks. In May, deportations of all Armenians and mass murder by Turks began, resulting in the complete elimination of the Armenians from the Ottoman Empire and all of the historic Armenian homelands. Estimates vary from 800,000 to over 2,000,000 Armenians murdered.
