The Islamic new year (1440 AH) has begun as of Maghrib tonight, alhamdulillah. Muharram 1, 1440 is September 11, 2018. (Thank goodness we don't celebrate the Islamic new year!)... The fast of 'Ashuraa will fall on Thursday, September 20, in sha Allah. If you decide to fast, please add a day of fasting before or after, if possible. "O Allah, let the crescent loom above us in peace and faith, safety and Islam, and in agreement with all that You love and pleases You."

Afzal Musalla will have Eid Salah on Wednesday 22nd of August 2018. Time of Salah Exactly at 6:50 am Venue: Afzal Musallah at 33 Casebridge Court Units 9 & 10. ... We have ladies arrangements too. Bring your own prayer mat in case needed. Please understand Eid is during weekday and lets not be source of inconvenience for our neighbors. Ramadhan Kareem Ramadhan will start Thursday 17th May, 2018. Therefore first Taraweeh is InshaAllah on Wednesday May 16, 2018.

AsSalamu Alaikum Due to inclement weather & unsafe conditions our School (Afzal IsLamic Montessori & Academy) will be closed. Today 16th April 2018. InshaAllah we will reopen tomorrow 17 th April.
