We had the privilege of installing a brand new Ag Systems 24ton Tender onto a Titan Trailer for a customer, We installed and fabricated the bottom Hydraulic tank and Hydraulic Power Pack Enclosure to fit a 75hp Kubota Diesel with a tandem 22gpm hydraulic pump, installed a new hyd valve for two independent pressure supply ports one for each auger, and plumbed and routed the hydraulic lines for the system, we fabricated the brackets to attach the tender to the trailer and used ...the supplied OEM fenders of the tender and relocated them to the front of the trailer, we also fabricated the rear fender supports installed new rear fenders and re-wired the vibrators using durable components that will stand up to fertilizer for the long haul. Heart Transplant

A simple leaking diff seal turned into a failing pinion after noticing that an improper two part seal was used on the input yoke of power divider the proper seal retainer should sit below the face of yoke(finger nail) the bottomed seal retainer of wrong part applied extra preload on the pinion bearing causing it to fail and disentigrate the brass thrush washer, the owner of this truck does long haul into states and a failed diff in the states could a have costed him thousands of dollars and unscheduled downtime we were able to save a catastrophic failure and future tow bill. A new reman differential was installed. Make Ag tech your first choice to avoid having a simple seal replacement cost you thousands of dollars!!
