As #IslamicHeritageMonth comes to a close, we're reflecting on the many faces and styles of Muslim art. #TBT to one of our earliest contemporary exhibitions, Rebel, Jester, Mystic, Poet: Contemporary Persians. The 2017 temporary exhibition showcased works by 23 contemporary Iranian artists. The pieces centred around self-reflection and explored political and social unrest happening at the time.
