We are currently without power, BC Hydro is onsite but there is no estimated time of repair as of yet. If you have questions or concerns please leave us a message or send us an email at [email protected] and we will get back to you as soon as possible! On a side note while we are doing our best to keep the yard free of snow and ice it does remain extreme conditions and we caution customers to only access the yard if completely necessary! We hope that with our continued efforts and the help of Mother Nature we will be in better shape in the next day or two :)

Dear valued customers, the weather remains quite bad here in Agassiz. While we do have a crew working tirelessly to remove snow, Mother Nature seems to have her own plan. We ask that tenants only access the property if totally necessary as safety is our number one concern. We have done a cursory inspection of units and vehicles and all appears to be well, please call or message the office if you have questions or concerns (604) 796-5577!

This is a PSA for all of our valued customers; due to the mudslide on the #1 highway, traffic is at a standstill and will likely take several hours to clear. We are hopeful that the highway will be clear by tomorrow, we recommend that anyone that doesn't live local should make alternate travel plans if at all possible.
