Okay, this is a great program to help assist some people with getting their cat spayed or neutered. They don't accept everyone but my land lord was accepted and in one day, her male cat was neutered for all of this: City tags, Rabies shots and tags PLUS the neutering that went off without a hitch...all this for $26. It's part of a new program to assist those in financial need. I do believe it is a one shot deal (no pun intended) and you have to qualify but all you need do is call the number on the post cards and they will answer any questions. I am not in any way affiliated with the Winnipeg Humane Society, I just want to pass this along because I know of so many people who can use this to help them AND their fur babies!!
