Update on gym closing. It seems apparent now that the owner, Jason Ruffalo, had no intention to re-open 247 Fitness. It's hard to believe that a legitimate businessman would close a facility with no warning to the members, the trainers that run their businesses there, and their clients. The trainers, including Ageless Fitness, are now looking for another facility that suits their training needs ASAP. Hope everyone finds a spot soon. More updates to come...

Sad news to share today. The owner of 247Fitness (where I run my training) has shut the gym down. He feels he can't manage the facility adequately right now du...e to COVID-19 requirements. Not sure when it will open again, but I will give updates as I get them. In the meantime, I also train at the Kingston YMCA. They have an amazing facility, so give them a call to get information on membership fees, COVID-19 protocols, and the diversity of equipment/services/programs. Hope to see some of you over there. 247 Fitness is open again Monday July 20, for trainers and their clients only to start. There are a number of new protocols for everyone to follow to keep us as safe as possible, Some may think it's over the top, but we would rather be over cautious than have another outbreak of COVID-19.
