There are many ways to contemplate. In 2020 I delved deeply into meditation and BreathWork. What a positive and uplifting gift I gave myself during this time of confinement and restrictions. Personally I love how BreathWork has the power to guide us to know and embrace the beautiful, amazing real person that we are. Step by step, an unwinding process unfolds gently freeing us from limiting mental conditioning and it’s accompanying painful emotions. We gradually awaken to ou...r real self by opening our hearts to loving kindness towards ourselves, through acceptance and release. Empowered to simply BE and LOVE our unique, gracious authentic self. Know that I love you simply as you are. We are all in this together. All perfectly imperfect! Doing the best we can. It’s really ok. I invite us to make the choice to UNITE now, to accept our differences and to find harmony by aligning with the values of the heart and resonating with the power TO BE AS ONE to elevate humanity and honour Mother Earth. One
