Just a reminder this is the last week of classes in Burnaby and Vancouver before the Christmas holidays. This week's class schedule... VGH Tuesday & Thursday 5:45pm Burnaby Monday, Wednesday 6:15pm & Saturday at 9am. ... We will have a break over Christmas and New Years and resume classes Monday Jan 6th

Tonight we celebrated this past year as a group, supporting each other, different accomplishments and staying committed to everyone’s wellness journey. We had a fun filled night being creative and participating in a paint class at The Luminous Elephant Studios! It was wonderful to see so many creative pieces and visit with everyone before the end of the year! Looking forward to 2020 with all these amazing women!!!

Friday night is our last class of our Fall Boxing program, looking forward to sweating out with everyone. Spring classes will start in March 2020!!!
