These allow surgical mask straps to be adjusted for size and save the wearers ears from the discomfort of having the straps behind their ears all day. Another batch of 100 face shields going out today, first batch with the new more efficient design. The 3D printing is easy but we are struggling with the supply of clear plastic shields. This batch is using .010" Lexan please reach out if you can assist with the clear shields or if you can help produce the head bands with your FDM/FFF printers. For the last couple of weeks Agile has shifted several production 3D Printers towards the manufacturing of PPE's and this is a batch of face shields being donated to local hospitals today. Working with a number of partners we are coordinating efforts to increase our daily production of face shields and are collaborating with several customers on additional medical devices to help in any way we can. We are asking anyone with an FDM/FFF style 3D printer to print the head band portions of these face shields. Once you have a batch printed, you can ship them to Agile Manufacturing where we will take care of the assembly, disinfecting, and delivery.
