Signs of Unbalanced Blood Sugar: You crave sweets/breads/pastries, almost uncontrollably. You get irritable if you miss a meal. Hello hangry!... You feel very emotional/angry/like you could cry at the drop of a hat You feel foggy/spaced out/ and out of sorts. You get anxious and can’t put your finger on why. You wake up throughout the night You feel like you are constantly or often hungry even though your last meal wasn’t too long ago. Snacks all day long. You have a sleepy/low energy afternoon slump. You cannot get through the day with out your caffeine crutch You feel week, jittery or shaky often, and when you miss meals. You have a low libido. Collagen: Highly bio-available and absorbable protein source that is easy to digest for most people. Worth noting: this is not a complete protein, be sure you are getting a variety of protein sources throughout the day (blood sugar balancing babes- you know thats a protein at EVERY meal). Shown to be beneficial for: hair, skin, nails, gut health, and joints (depending on your needs different types may be more beneficial, comment below which you are needing help with most or I can make a post on this - even some plant based collagen boosting options!). Hey girl. Reminder: that bathing suit is supposed to fit YOUR body, not the other way around. Ditch those get your bikini body quick articles, flat tummy teas, and crash cleanses. Drink enough water, eat nutrient dense foods (and maybe the odd ice cream cone), move your body daily, and be kind to yourself . Savor these sweet summer memories with the ones you love and wear the dang bathing suit! What has been your summer highlight so far? @swimqueenyxe .
