Secret you should know about Covid-19. 1. Maintain high level hygiene practice: a. Wash your hand regularly with soap and or ash; under a clean running water. b. Avoid handshake with anyone for now; irrespective of status quo. c. Do not insert or hold your touch light phone with your mouth, to serve you at night and or when you are working; because you may have unknowingly contaminate your phone. Even your Pen and or other objects. d. Avoid embracing anyone for now. e. Wash your clothes regularly, and do not repeat wearing same clothes without washing and drying it. f. No sneezing and or coughing around others. Use clean handkerchief to clean up and wash it. g. Use clean handkerchief to cover your nose and mouth, when someone irrespective of who he or she is to you, sneezes or coughs close to you; if you are not wearing a protective mask. h. Remember, if you must talk to anybody, maintain some reasonable distance, to avoid been spat into your mouth in the discussion. i. If you can, avoid leaking your mouth lips; especially when you are having a discussion with someone at an unavoidable close range; without covering your mouth with a protective mask. j. Get a hand sanitizer if you can. k. Do not tie your used handkerchief on your nose and mouth; let alone the one you used yesterday; including protective mask. They are already contaminated. l. Wear new (unused) protective mask; if you must move from one place to another. m. Avoid crowded places. 2. Stay safe at home this time and: A. Inform your family, children and neighbour about the "Corona Virus (Covid-19)"; and the safety measures. B. As the institutions, MDAs (Ministries, Departments, and Agencies); including Churches have been shutdown by the government, with serious restriction from gathering, do not allow your children to go playing with your neighbours; including relatives for now; because children may not be able to observe most needed safety measures when with their mates or off their parents. C. Please send enlightening SMS (text messages) to your loved ones, informing them of best practices to remain safer; especially the hygiene part cum avoiding crowded places. D. Please do not be so afraid this time; so that you do not start making avoidable mistakes. And do not start abusing drugs in the name of protecting yourself.
