Sometimes people ask me, "so besides yoga" what do you do. Well I am fortunate to have two big loves that I get to do. I hang out with "mat" as you all know teaching yoga and sharing health and wellness in our community. The other love, is for graphic design, I am a designer, artist, publisher, and I love to solve creative puzzles and challenges (that is how I look at a design project). This is so much more than just a Cancer Wellness & Awareness Day, it's for EVERYbody... Cancer, Neuropathy (sugar diabetes), Chronic Pain, Stress Management, Grief, Lack of sex drive, you name it - it's there. With specialists, personal experiences, support systems and more we are building a network of community support and it involves everyone. See you this Saturday Oct 20 for Silver Linings - Widdifield Secondary School. We start at 9am and you can come and go as you need to.

So proud to say that I did the layout for this beautiful and wonderful book about Astorville... the book is so unique, it is a really a treasure for the community. Not to mention that it is bilingual... I really appreciate and am so grateful that the committee chose me to work on this with them. It's been a fun and interesting project... wishing the organizing committee great success and lots of sales. see you at the Astorville Library for the launch event!
