Wedding day coordination is vital to the success of any wedding and is recommended for all newly engaged couples. Meticulous planning, an eye for detail and a seamless wedding day are the core of my business motto and the ultimate goal for your wedding day. Everybody has a plan, a visual...ization of how he or she wants their wedding day to be and our focus is to ensure every detail is taken care of; even the small things you did not even consider. A wedding coordinator insures the bride and groom, the wedding party and all family members can enjoy the day without having to deal with any unsuspecting problems that can arise. At A. Hallman Wedding and Event Coordination, ease, relaxation and enjoyment on your special day is our main concern. AVAILABLE SERVICES: Wedding Coordination package: * FREE initial meeting 1-2 months prior to wedding date -opportunity to discuss schedules, exchange vendor contact lists, explore seating arrangements for family and wedding party. Go over the contact lists and get a better understanding for the vision you have for the day’s succession * Meet 1-2 weeks prior to wedding to finalize all the outlined details and to revise any last minute changes * Myself, and an assistant will attend wedding rehearsal and proceed with final touches and provide rehearsal direction (if needed). * THE BIG DAY: final checks on ceremony location and reception locations. Constant interaction and communication with all vendors. Make sure DJ, bartenders, limo, etc. have arrived and are aware of their duties. I will also notify DJ when couple arrives in order to start the entrance music at the reception. -Oversee guests are taken care of, and day flows with no worries. -Two coordinators for the duration of the evening (Myself and my assistant) ***Prices may vary depending on finalized vision*** Thank you for considering A.
