I know when I have to work through this book again- and it is hard work. The first time I picked up this book it took me several months to read it and practice it’s teachings. I can now recognize when I am out of alignment and seeing things through grief, fear, and trauma. I need to see things through a lens of love. I won’t force this change of thinking, because then I won’t believe it. I will shift my thinking and use the tools I have acquired to see the many gifts I have, ...not what I have lost. I remember begging my therapist for something to make a significant difference. I said to her that there had to be a book or something that would help. There is.
