Fruit teas are packed with vitamins and antioxidants and great for cleansing the body of toxins and keeping the immune system strong. Traditionally, lots of fruit tisanes have hibiscus as their base. That’s what gives them that tangy taste. However, nowadays you’ll find fruit tisanes made without any base at all. They are a blend of fruit pieces, herbs, flowers, spices and quite often natural flavourings. We use freeze dried strawberries in several of our tea blends to achieve that magical balance between the right taste, aroma and the gorgeous aesthetics.

The tastes and aromas of our blends are anchored in time and place. Each blend is handcrafted to honor Indian culture, both past and present. Tea is travel. A simple sip can transport you to incredible places. The Rajasthan province of northwestern India surely lives up to its sobriquet the Land of Maharajas, or Land of Princes. Here, the opulence of regal fortified palaces, bustling bazaars, and architectural wonders set a jewel in India’s crown. Rajasthan is home to ...several of our blends (from left-to-right: Golden City (Jaisalmer), Blue City (Jodhpur), Pink City (Jaipur)) that anchor the senses to its dazzling present and exquisite history. The particular regional celebration of color is not limited to sight but expresses itself in the taste, aroma, and heat of each cup. Come, journey with us to three colorful and flavorful cities. Two of life’s greatest pleasures are gin and tea, so it makes sense to put them together for a New Year’s tea-infused gin cocktail! Mixing tea in cocktails isn’t new, in the 1800’s tea was used to lengthen drinks and once again it is popular with bartenders who claim that tea works really well with gin because it has lots of botanical flavors to play against. Tea and gin make excellent sipping partners. Ingredients:... 1.5 oz / 45 ml Harvest Apple Tea blend infused Gin 1 oz / 30ml Apple Juice 0.5 oz / 15ml Cinnamon Honey syrup 0.5 oz / 15ml Lemon Juice 1 oz / 30ml Cinnamon and Anise Kombucha Instructions: 1) In a cocktail shaker, add infused gin, apple juice, lemon juice and cinnamon honey syrup 2) Add ice and shake until chilled 3) Strain into a highball glass over ice and pour Cinnamon and Anise Kombucha 4) Garnish with an apple wheel For Infusion: Infuse 20g of tea in around 90ml of Gin for about 6-8 hours Raise a toast with a cheeky spin on tea time, as it turns into happy hour with a tea-infused gin cocktail.
