Good afternoon, Please see response from our technician regarding issues regarding Netflix: This isn’t really a community internet issue, it’s a Netflix issue and I’m not sure we’re going to be able to get it resolved quickly. What has happened is that Netflix has deemed the Ahousaht IP address used for the community internet to be a VPN/Proxy service due to the high volume of Netflix connections coming from it and so they are only proving a reduced global catalog of conten...t to users on this network. We’ve already reached out to Netflix and they have no interest in helping to resolve the issue. We are now waiting for a response from Momentum to find out if they have some way of working with Netflix, due to the fact that they are an ISP they may have alternate paths to resolve the issue. Good morning everyone, For this upcoming month of April, the payments are normally due on the 1st of every month but there is a statutory holiday on both the 2nd and 5th of April; so our office will be closed.
