If you are paying for another customer, you must let the clerk know. We do offer a pre-authorized debit, and you can request a form at [email protected]. ... One other request, if you have a modem in your home, and are currently not using it, please return it to administration office at the front desk. Good afternoon, Please see response from our technician regarding issues regarding Netflix: This isn’t really a community internet issue, it’s a Netflix issue and I’m not sure we’re going to be able to get it resolved quickly. What has happened is that Netflix has deemed the Ahousaht IP address used for the community internet to be a VPN/Proxy service due to the high volume of Netflix connections coming from it and so they are only proving a reduced global catalog of conten...t to users on this network. We’ve already reached out to Netflix and they have no interest in helping to resolve the issue. We are now waiting for a response from Momentum to find out if they have some way of working with Netflix, due to the fact that they are an ISP they may have alternate paths to resolve the issue. Good morning everyone, For this upcoming month of April, the payments are normally due on the 1st of every month but there is a statutory holiday on both the 2nd and 5th of April; so our office will be closed. If you would like come in early and pay or on April 6th payments will be accepted. I am giving a notice to everyone that we will be closed April 2, and 5, 2021. Please spread the word! ... NOTE: We will not able to provide new installations, or repairs during this time, as our technician is unable to come to the reserve. We can reset your modem for the time being, if you are having issues. I would like to mention, that now that there are more people at home using the internet, it may or may not slow down starting in the morning and at the end of the night; this is something beyond our control and we are doing our best to keep you informed during these times.
