We are happy to be a part of the upcoming Weekend Wellness Camp for Kids. This course explores wellness from many different perspectives. Students will be introduced to modalities and techniques that will equip them to learn, play and grow into wellness. On March 6th, we will be introducing Aikido to the participants of this five-week course.
