AIM for SEVA McMaster introduces their next speaker in their SEVA Speaks series: Bally Rakkar! This upcoming event will focus on transcending stress and anxiety to calmness and clarity, and learning ways in which we can access these tools on a daily basis. The event is open to people outside of McMaster, so feel free to invite your friends and family! Tickets to the event are FREE and we will also be holding a raffle for donations! Come prepared with a yoga mat for meditation and a journal to participate in some of the exercises!

Hello Everyone! The AIM for SEVA McMaster chapter is hosting a FREE virtual speaker series called SEVA Speaks throughout the month of February. Their first speaker is Chris Cummins, an incredible six-time TEDx speaker. Chris has hosted many motivational speaking events for people all over the world and has offered to speak at our event on February 18th from 6-7:30pm! Chris will be talking about human connectedness and SEVA (service) during the pandemic. He is an exceptional ...speaker and will inspire and entertain many youth and adults from their households.
