We understand it can be uncomfortable & it maybe tempting to put your mask in an incorrect position while you are face down. ... ... But please DON’T DO IT!! If during a treatment you cannot breath sufficiently, let your therapist know. We are happy to adjust your position. We want you to be comfortable during your massage, & since we are in such close proximity, we really want to stay safe. So God..Buddha..higher power..whatever it is that you look to for guidance and strength, this is a nice mental shift to remember on days you feel like you are being pushed to your breaking point. sometimes its okay to let all the pieces fall apart.
