Thrilled, honoured and excited to be a part of the CTA cohort for 2020!

We hit a huge milestone today. As of today, our customers have billed over 1 BILLION dollars worth of invoices using Aimsio. That means together, we helped move over $1,000,000,000 from field to finance. We didn't know how big Aimsio would get when we first started in 2013. When we released our minimum viable product, we were ecstatic, but there was a lot of work to do. And when we signed our very first customer, we celebrated...hard. There have been many, many ups and a few... downs, too. And as we, like every other company, try to make our way through 2020, we're thankful for this bright moment in an otherwise strange year. Thanks to our customers, for trusting us. Thanks to our mentors and supporters for guiding us. And thanks to our employees who have been there every step of the way. Today is a good day! We can't wait to hit 2 billion.

This isn't your typical post about how we're using Zoom Video Communications as a team because of social distancing. Why? Because we've got Princess Anna. Working from home with young children can be challenging, both for the parents and the kids. Today, we took half an hour for a 'Kid's of Aimsio Show and Tell'. It was an opportunity for our children to introduce themselves, and show us something they're proud of or excited about. We saw Beyblades, stuffed animals, hoodies, ...globes, iPads, and so much more. It brought us closer together as a team, and provided a small moment during which our children could shine. And to make things even more amazing, Princess Anna from Frozen (huge thanks to Fairy Skye!) made an appearance and sang some songs with us. All this to say, at Aimsio our three company values are: 1. Do the right thing 2. Own the challenge, and 3. We're better together... ...and we really think we nailed it today :)

It's amazing how a short chat with coworkers can improve your mood. We might be remote but we aren't alone. Inject some positivity into your workday :)
