Imagine this... It's Friday. It's payday and all you can think about is all the bills that need to get paid. Then you think of your next grocery shop and all the things that you need to stock up on; toothpaste, that expensive all natural mascara and foundation that you use most days, more lavender essential oil that you use in your diffuser to unwind at the end of each day.... oh, and those bottles of Vitamin C and Magnesium that you're running low on. Imagine that it's Friday, that you get paid today AND got paid yesterday from that side hustle you started a year ago which is paying you more than expected because the system is that good. It poured rain all morning and I had pretty much given up hope that I would get out of the house today. What do you absolutely love doing? What uplifts, inspires and motivates you? I know the answer is different for everyone, but I think that if we did more of what we love doing, wed be a lot more productive, easy to be around and abundant in our lives. I think we all know what I love doing I love spending time in the outdoors, in nature, I love being close to the ocean and I love, love LOVE cooking healthy and delicious food for people. When I do all these things regularly, everything in my life gets better; my work, my relationships and my sleep.

What a fantastic hike this morning!! Look at that view! The wildfire smoke finally cleared. Behind me is Pender Island, and beyond that is Saturna Island.
