On behalf of the 23 Optimist Squadron community, the OPC is sharing information about a fundraising campaign to provide Brian Howard with flight in the Lancaster. Current 23 Squadron CO, Capt Palumbo has advised that all funds raised in excess of the goal will be provided to Mr. Howard to help offset ongoing expenses related to his medical treatment and care. #signalboost

The committee will focus on the core skills of nominees including; Not-for-Profit and Charity Management and Governance, Risk Management, Adult Education and Training, Fundraising and Sponsorship, Marketing and Communications, and Aviation.
