Stop. Reverse. It's too cold in this room! Remember to flip that ceiling fan switch. Clockwise spin in winter = pulls air upward, pushing warm air near the ceiling back down from where it has risen to. Counter-clockwise in the summer = cool air pushed down towards you.

The annual Christmas Day Dinner for the downtown core is in its 18th year. It provides a hot Christmas dinner to those who are in need that day. Over the years this dinner has served so many people. Many who are lonely with no family, those who perhaps living in a shelter. Those who come, come for their own reason and Coffee ...Matters are only too happy to serve. This year the dinner will be take-out and will be served from the George Street United Church. It will be available from 11:30-1:00 pm. Coffee Matters has been involved for over 8 years and they look after the gathering of food to be cooked and also make sure each person gets a gift bag to take home. The team from Mr. Rooter, Mr. Electric, and Aire Serv presented Coffee Matters with a donation today to ensure that gift cards for future meals or hot coffee for every gift bag is taken care of!
