Here are some pictures of a custom kitchen island that I installed in January. It was my part of a whole home renovation. Because of timeline restrictions, I couldn’t commit to doing the entire kitchen/island reno, so the homeowners paired my island with an IKEA kitchen, and it worked out quite nicely! I used Benjamin Moore Cabinet Coat paint and tinted primer over soft maple for the cabinetry and dovetailed drawers, with prefinished Birch veneer plywood for the cabinet boxes and drawer bottoms. This was a great project for me, firstly because the homeowners are very happy, and because I finally found a paint product for cabinetry that works the way that I am happy with!

Some more live edge serving boards for the New Year! As always, they are finished with a highly durable, food safe finish, that isn’t wax and mineral oil! The pictures don’t really do justice to the beautiful figure, and satin sheen, of these boards!

Most of you who know me well, know that I like to offer something different than what is usually in the market place, whether its custom furniture, kitchens, or serving boards! This group of charcuterie boards will likely be the last that I offer for sale before Christmas. All of my boards are finished with a food safe protective finish that is water, wine, and beer resistant. As I have said before, this isn’t a mineral oil and wax finish, but a high quality food safe furni...ture finish. All of the Shooter Boards include the shot glasses. If you see something that you would like to buy, send me a message via FB Messenger, and I will mark the item sold. I know that buying from a picture isn’t the same as having it in hand, so if you find that it doesn’t meet your expectations, you are not by any means obligated to take it. If you have any questions about any of the boards, please ask in the comments for that particular board. Thanks all! See more
