Kevin Doherty, 7th Dan Kevin is a two time Olympian who competed in both Los Angeles 1984 & Seoul 1988 Olympic Games. He was part of an incredible senior mens n...ational team in the 1980's and his grit, determination and physical conditioning were world renowned. His competitive resume is extensive with medals at multiple international events including the Tournoi de Paris (Paris Grand Slam), eight senior national titles, pan am champion and pan am games medalist. His major success was winning the bronze medal at the 1981 World Championships in Maastricht, Netherlands and finishing 5th place at the 1988 Seoul Olympic Games in South Korea. He was also inducted into the Judo Canada Hall of Fame in 1996 for outstanding national & international achievements and has played a huge role in developing future generations of Ontario high performance athletes.
