We all quickly filed out of the house this morning when James noticed a heifer was out (some of us still in our pj’s). She had lifted the gate off it hinges and had got out . Fortunately she quickly went back in to the pen. Unfortunately our two ponies got out at the same time and they like to make us work a little harder. They ran to the other end of the farm and back before they filed back in. So then we took the opportunity to play with the ponies and the kids gave them... lots of pet while sitting on their backs soaking up the warm summery days we have left! Every time these ponies get out James will say one more time and they’re gone!
