Today I found this hazard inside an outlet box in a bathroom light fixture. The original installer tightened the bracket screw tight against the yellow wire connector and created a loose connection and a potential hazardous situation in the ceiling. In this case it was only a partial power loss, but it could have easily been a potential fire starter. So if you are installing any electrical equipment in your home, be sure to tuck the wires away from box screws neatly to avoid such things. These older style panels are still a reliable peice of Electrical Equipment, however the product is no longer manufactured. This make the cost of New and Replacement breakers substantially more and also there is no options for ARC-FAULT(AFCI) breakers that are now required by law.
