From preparing a detailed CMA, to buyer showings, to the offer stage and everything in-between, you will get to experience it all!... Qualifications Must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent Must have own Car Must be available Evenings & Weekends as Real Estate Business is all about Evenings & Weekends Must be available to work some holidays and flexible week hours Must have a very Pleasant Personality Excellent communication skills Independent Decision Maker Excellent customer service skills Oversee all aspects of buyer & seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing. Coordinate mortgage loan and appraisal processes. Coordinate and attend inspections, assist in negotiations regarding repairs, and coordinate completion of repairs. Regularly update & maintain communication with clients, agents, lender etc. Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance. Coordinate moving/possession schedules Schedule, coordinate closing process. Input all client information into client database system. Schedule 30 Day, 90 Day & 120 Day client customer service follow up calls to assist with any home improvement provider recommendations and to ask for referrals.
