This Mission house received a full main floor renovation which required me to remove several load bearing and non load bearing walls, closets, Windows, exterior doors and their kitchen. This created a lot more daylight to all the connecting rooms, we installed a beautiful new custom kitchen shaker style with white stone counter tops, the existing red oak floor was sanded down, hand scraped and finished of with a dark brown and black stain, we also installed new flooring to extend throughout the kitchen and to the upper floors hallway and bedrooms, I must admit that the pictures don't do the beautiful project the justice it deserves.

This was a Kitchen renovation carried out at the Podmaroff residence, we removed the existing wall separating the kitchen and dinning room allowing a better flow of natural light, the existing kitchen was also removed and replaced with custom built cabinets with solid Hickory doors and mouldings, finished off with Elegant white Quartzite stone counter tops.

This was an extensive renovationat the Smith residence that involved removing various walls throughout the main floor of the house, enlarging the rear patio and dinning room doors and window allowing a lot more day light into the new custom kitchen that we installed along with all new Hickory hardwood flooring throughout the main level, in addition to that, we removed the existing handrails and ballusters and replaced then with Oak newel posts, handrails and iron ballusters leading down to the enlarged new front door and side lights that we installed.
