J O U R N A L I N G. I used to journal all the time, and I miss it. I feel like its a really good way to stay balanced. Not only does puking all your thoughts and feelings on paper clear your mind, but it opens the door for discoveries, brainstorming and creative thought to take place. I've been trying to get back into it, but in a more productive way. I've recently discovered #bulletjournaling. It looks really interesting. It's an analog way to track the past, organize the present and plan for the future. It teaches you to be more productive with your time and focus on the things that really matter in that day/month. It looks like it may be really effective. Do you journal? Have you ever tried bullet journaling? If so how do you like it? #bulletjournal #creativejournaling #journalingcommunity #outofmyheadandontopaper

M A K E A C H O I C E. The first step to getting the life of your dreams is deciding what you want. I know that can be easier said than done - what if you don't know what you want? There is a very important person you need to hash this out with, and that's your inner child. Your inner child knows so many deep truths about your hearts true desires, things that you forgot about for a very long time. I'll use my story as an example. I have been on a veeeeery long journey o...f self discovery. Trying to figure out what I'm "supposed" to do. Should I be a dancer? a nutritionist? a broadcaster? What's my purpose? For years I felt stuck and frustrated. I envied those who knew exactly what they wanted since they were 7 years old and have done that their entire career, blissfully happy. I always wondered "how on earth did they know so young? How do they not get bored?" I was jealous. I wanted that so badly. Since doing a lot of inner work, I have come to realize that I actually am like them, just in a different way. I noticed there's an underlying common thread throughout my work history which has always been my motivator. This motivator is my calling - what I am "meant" to do - my purpose. That purpose is helping others. I LOVE to help others improve their lives and contribute to the greater good. It's so very rewarding for me. So if you are like me, struggling to figure out that one thing your "meant" to do, stop. There is no "one" thing. Your underlying motivator is that one thing, which can be fulfilled in many different ways! So it's okay to change your mind, to try new things, to fail. This is the beauty of life! You get to be your own genie! How cool is that?? Once you've determined your underlying motivator, you can hone in on what fuels that purpose and feels good for you in this moment. Don't worry about whether or not its the right thing 20 years down the road. Just determine the NOW. When you choose with clarity from the heart, you are in total alignment with your truth and it will have no choice but to become your reality. #mastermanifester #dreamsinthemaking #beyourowngenie See more

Z E R O W A S T E L A U N D R Y. Did you know you can use water in place of laundry detergent?? Well, not just any water - hydrogen rich, alkaline water. This water has so many different pH levels which all do different things. This 11.5 pH water actually emulsifies fats! It acts as a degreaser so you can use this water not only for your laundry, but to remove pesticides from produce (which are oil based), to clean your stove, oven - basically any greasy grimy mess! Just ...add a couple drops of essential oil to the water to give it a nice smell and your good to go! How much money could you save not having to buy household cleaners and laundry detergent anymore, plus all of the toxins that are no longer making its way into your home. All those plastic bottles don't wind up in a landfill. It's a win-win-win for all involved :) #notallwateriscreatedequal #microclusteredwater #hydrogenrich #beautywater #cleanwater #antioxidantwater #cleantheplanet #healtheplanet #plasticfreelife #nomoreplastic See more
