"My Dear Friend, Delaney - I’m not sure exactly when I met ...Delaney, but we have known each other for years. We met through Between Friends as we were both participants in the programs. We have since moved on to be both volunteers and advocates with Between Friends programs. I like Delaney because she always is cheerful and easy to get along with. She brightens my day with her words and her great smile! We have attended many functions together, including Friends in Motion. We have become personal friends, outside of Between Friends. Even though we don’t see each other very much, we enjoy each other’s company. Not very often do you find a friend who gets you.
