I don’t look to pretty but such a nice day for a power walk. A big shout out to Vic Keller https://www.facebook.com/vic.keller.33 Vic is my fitness instructor since September. Every two weeks we meet up. From last session to yesterday I lost five pounds. Since September to present date 15 lbs lost. don’t worry about the body fat count Alan, just keep working the plan I set for you and in due time things will work out Vic said to me yesterday.... Vic is a great guy and knows his stuff, knows when you are developing and to go up in the process of fitness. Thank you Vic!
