I’ve had a waitlist in place since the closure started and I will be contacting everyone on that list over the weekend. As a PSA for my clients! This is one of many reasons why I always highly recommend purchasing hair care products through our salon, as opposed to buying at the drugstore. The analogy I use all the time for my clients is this: you wouldn’t buy a sports car and not buy insurance, right? Then why spend $$$ on your haircolor only to ruin it with a $6 drugstore shampoo!!? Professional products is insurance for your precious colored hair! If you’re currently using TreSemme, Dove, A...xe, Suave, OGx or any of the other listed hair products (there are 63 currently with the dangerous ingredient), please stop using immediately and read this link! Can’t wait to see you in the salon again (hopefully) soon! https://classactionsreporter.com/tresemme-keratin-shampoos/ TRESemmé is in a class action lawsuit claiming their product is making consumers hair fall out on top of other health issues. According to the complaint, they contain DMDM hydantoin, which is a formaldehyde donor known to slowly leach formaldehyde when coming into contact with water. Formaldehyde is a well-known human carcinogen that can cause cancer and other harmful reactions when absorbed into skin. The complaint reproduces an ingredient panel to show that DMDM hydantoin is indeed listed as present.

Hi Friends! I’m so excited to announce KM Hair Studio is now OPEN but with some changes! My books are open as of May 26, although I have a waitlist of clients who had to be cancelled due to the virus, as well as others who have reached out to me for appointments.
